As we journey towards Advent as a church whānau, we’re considering the unexpected nature of Christ’s arrival, life, and reign. We’re dwelling in the mystery and beauty of the incarnation. Jesus is coming to make his home among us; humble, unassuming, ushering in an upside-down kingdom. 
 
He’s not the King we thought he’d be.  

We invite you to enter this sacred place of prayer, devotion, reflection, and intercession, drawing aside to slow down and be present to the unfolding of Advent. To anticipate Christ’s arrival, suspend your expectations of this familiar story, and take a closer look.

Christ isn’t the King we thought he’d be. But he is the King we need.

You can book a session to come and pray and reflect in the Lady Chapel anytime between 9am-5pm from Monday-Thursday. If you wish to request a session outside of these times, you can email Rachel.

Sessions must be booked/requested before 2pm on Thursday the previous week, so be sure to plan ahead!
