Born in Rotorua and raised in Palmerston North, I’m an adopted son of Auckland since 2007. I’m presently training for ordained ministry and have studied both theology and counselling at Laidlaw College, graduating in 2013. My personal life experiences have given me substantial insight into the world of the criminal justice system, so working in prison ministry seems to fit well with the journey I’m on.
The bush and the beaches of our country are my favourite spots and give me the solitude fix that I crave in the busyness of life. That, along with lots of good humour, a little red wine and plenty of time spent with family, friends and my first grandson sums up what I’m about nowadays.
